			<description>I think in the next labor agreement, there should be a salary floor.  A floor equal to the amount of money a team gets in revenue sharing so there is no question that redistribution of wealth is being used for player payroll and isn't going into the pockets or towards other expenses of the team.  

Anything above the revenue sharing received amount a team wants to spend on payroll is their own business and since they have had expenses to generate even just one ticket sale or sign an advertising/broadcasting contract.

I would hope they'd put a lot of that team-generated revenue to payroll to be competitive.

			<description>Marlins can't afford the higher prices being mentioned with the stadium so MLB and the union sent out the memo to warn the county not to expect revenue sharing money to pay down stadium debt.
