The Biz of Baseball is headed back from the Baseball Winter Meetings in Indianapolis, but stories on it will continue over the next few days. In the meantime, take in some images and comments from them.

Concessionaire, Centerplate was serving up a nacho plate at the Baseball Winter Meetings Trade Show with an assortment of meats to choose from. Why was this buzz worthy throughout the exhibit space? The meat on top here is rabbit. Since we, like many others, had never tried it before, we took the plunge. Lean. Bit gamy. Delicious.
