Emeril Lagasse is known as one of the world's top chefs and resraunters, but also a huge sports fan. So, what happens when Lagasse mixes sports, food, and a nightclub atmosphere in Las Vegas? A unique location like none other: Lagasse Stadium.
Maury Brown of the Business of Sports Network took in the gala grand opening event for Lagasee Stadium on Friday and sat down with the popular chef to get his thoughts on his new endeavor, was well as how food has changed at the ballparks throughout Major League Baseball over the past few years.
