SCHAUMBURG FLYERS LAUNCH FLIGHT ATTENDANCE PROGRAM
Schaumburg, IL - The Schaumburg Flyers have launched an innovative program to simplify and streamline group sales at Alexian Field. The program titled, "Flight Attendance" will enable all event coordinators to invite and track their invitees through this website program.
The program was developed by Schaumburg-based Links Technology Solutions, working closely with the Schaumburg Flyers Director of Graphics and Publications, Sarah Wienman.
"We are constantly looking for ways to improve our organization for our fans to enjoy the Alexian Field experience," said General Manager Rick Rungaitis. "Group sales are a critical aspect of our fan base and this program makes organizing an outing at Alexian Field easy and fun."
Once a group outing is booked the group leader will receive access to the Flight Attendance site. The service is free to all groups and businesses that schedule an outing at Alexian Field.
"This project was exciting for our entire development team," said Links Technology President Brian Burke. "We’ve worked closely with the Flyers for several years, managing their information technology systems, so we have a solid understanding of their philosophy. Creating this new fan-friendly program from a clean sheet was both challenging and rewarding. We look forward to positive feedback from the baseball community and a roll out of this program to other teams as well."
The Flight Attendance program is now in use and groups have begun to book their dates. To book a group outing at Alexian Field please call the Flyers at (847) 891-2255 ext. 107. The Flyers released their 2007 schedule last week. The complete schedule with game times can be found at flyersbaseball.com.
