It will be on 198 on Time Warner Cable. Also, only the SD version, there's been no mention of it on HD in our area (see your email Maury).

MLB network in Canada
written by Lee, December 28, 2008
This is very frustrating. I cannot get anyone to tell me if the new network will be available where I live. The zip code locating space won't take a Canadian code. Not all the MLB teams are in the US and there are 30 million of us up here. Somebody say something. (I'm at B3T1C8.)

Charter and Cablevision
written by Ken Fang, December 31, 2008
Cablevision is picking up MLB Network in both SD and HD.

Charter has announced it will pick up MLB Network. Not sure if it's in HD.

It was originally reported that Time Warner was not going to have MLB Network in Albany, NY in time for the launch, but late word on Tuesday finds that it will be in SD on Jan. 1, but not in HD.

Washington DC Comcast and MLB Network
written by RW, January 02, 2009
Currently, in the Washington DC market, the MLB Network is unavailable on Comcast UNLESS you are a MLB Extra Innings subscriber. At least, that is what I was told by a Comcast customer service representative earlier this evening. Are there any readers in the Washington DC market who are NOT MLB Extra Innings subscribers who CAN watch the MLB Network?

San Diego Time Warner

To watch MLB Network in SD on Time Warner, you need to subscribe to the Variety Pack, as opposed to the Sports Pack. Does this make any sense?

San Diego Time Warner
written by Joe Cornillaud, January 07, 2009
It doesn't make sense to me that you must subscribe to an additional digital tier to receive MLBN. This contradicts everything that was reported before it was launched.

I wonder if MLB still gets the subscription fees for digital customers that don't receive the channel. What a scam.
