The Major League Baseball Players Benefit Plan (the "plan") consists of three parts: the Major League PLayers Pension Plan (the "pension plan"), the Major League Baseball Players Investment Plan (the "investment plan") and the Major League Baseball Players Welfare Plan (the "welfare plan").
