(2) Did the Eighth Circuit, in interpreting an expired contract under New York state law, properly interpret the 2002 licensing agreement between the players association and ¢b¢ and conclude that the players association breached a material obligation of the licensing agreement rendering certain provisions unenforceable against CBC?
