You knew it was just a matter of time... MLB Properties has informed the designer of tee-shirts with Barak Obama's name in MLB-trademarked fonts and design, to cease and desist making and selling of the shirts, or risk being involved in legal action. The website Obamaofdreams.com has been selling the shirts designed by Morris Levin, a Obama supporter.

The site now simply has this short message:

ObamaOfDreams is closed and offline. We are no longer selling any t-shirts. We can be reached with any questions at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We are currently working to resolve all outstanding orders. We are not taking any more orders. All outstanding orders will be addressed and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this.

The shirts are now bound to become hot property on eBay. It seems that there you will be able to say, "Yes, We Can!"
