TigersWinter Meetings Update:

ESPN’s Peter Gammons is reporting that the Detroit Tigers have won the Miguel Cabrera sweepstakes, in a blockbuster deal that will see Dontrelle Willis in the mix, as well.

The Marlins will get (!) six players in the deal Cameron Maybin, Andrew Miller, catcher Mike Rabelo and three minor league prospects.
