The Biz of BaseballThe Biz of Baseball is honored to make a treasure trove of salary data available for research...

By registering on The Biz of Baseball, and logging in, a new Members Only - Data section has been added.

When accessing this new area, data in the form of spreadsheets will be made available.

We start today with data that should have long ago been published. Salary data from 1896 - 2004 that had been researched by the late Doug Pappas is available for use. This incredible spreadsheet holds tens of thousands of rows of data.

DISCLAIMER: Any republication of data within the spreadsheet must ALWAYS be attributed to Doug Pappas. Be aware that while the source of the data is listed within the spreadsheet, it is suggested that researchers re-validate it for accuracy.

Remember... to access this, and other spreadsheet data added in the future, you MUST be registered and logged into The Biz of Baseball to access it. The Members Only - Data navigation link in the sidebar of the site will not be visible unless registered and logged in.

Note: Registering on The Biz of Baseball adds you to our email list for periodic updates to new content on the site.
