Dan PatrickIs Dan Patrick headed to The Price is Right? Or, is it something else?

Last week we reported that Patrick had been contacted by the producers of the game show about auditioning to replace retiring Bob Barker.

Today, Patrick mentioned that he would have an announcement "that bloggers have been talking about."

That could be anything, but with the news last week, interest has been high. Patrick has maintained that even though he was contacted about the position, he won't be taking them up on the offer.

Details to follow when we get word. "Tease" comes to mind.

UPDATE: Patrick, once again, announced that he's turned the Price Is Right gig down.
